AIM:
The aim of this CPD course is to equip learners with a comprehensive understanding of commonly encountered complications associated with dermal fillers in non-surgical cosmetic practice. We will explore the recognition, management, and minimization of these complications, empowering learners to enhance patient safety and improve procedural outcomes

This session includes:Â
- Introduction to the management of dermal fillers complications.
- Classifications of Complications – including onset, severity and ischemic verses non-ischemic classifications.
- The 3Ps – product factors, patient factors, practitioner factors
- Treatment complication – Â causes, presentation, onset, duration, risk mitigation, differential diagnosis and evidence-based management.
- Off-license use of hyaluronidase for dissolving HA fillers.
- Benefits of ultrasound
