Aim:Â Â
The aim of this CPD course is to enhance learners’ understanding of the physiological changes associated with facial aging, including changes in skin elasticity, fat distribution, and bone structure. By examining how these changes affect facial features and aesthetics, participants will gain insights that inform their decision-making for non-surgical interventions to effectively address signs of aging in patients.Â
Learning Outcomes:Â Â Learners will be able to:Â Â
- Analyse key physiological changes associated with facial aging, including changes in skin elasticity, fat distribution, and bone structure.Â
- Analyse how intrinsic and extrinsic factors contribute to physiological changes in the skin and underlying structures, affecting facial features and overall appearance during the aging process.Â
- Apply their understanding of facial aging to inform their decision-making for selecting appropriate non-surgical interventions that address specific signs of aging.Â
- Evaluate the efficacy of various non-surgical interventions in relation to the physiological changes associated with facial aging to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.Â
