AIM:

The aim of this CPD course is to equip practitioners with the knowledge and understanding of common mental health conditions and the skills required to support the mental well-being of individuals who seek cosmetic procedures. Additionally, we will examine the legal, professional, and ethical standards of practice to inform evidence-based treatment options for the management of individuals that present with mental health concerns in clinical practice.

  2. Demonstrate an understanding of the psychological implications of cosmetic procedures including how these treatments can affect individual mental well-being and self-image.
