Melanie started out in Insurance Sales, for a large motoring organisation. She then managed a successful telesales team in one of the first telephone sales call centres, winning a place at the opening ceremony of the Olympics in Barcelona.
After 10 years in Insurance Melanie took a Training and development position with a large financial institution where she was responsible for a national team or 280 Business development consultants. Training, coaching and mentoring the BDC’s to identify opportunities within the branch network for both compliance and sales opportunities, contributed to Melanie winning a Welsh Business Award.
Melanie now runs a successful clinic and although it is a completely different industry, she is utilising her previous skills and knowledge, and enjoying the different challenges the Aesthetics industry presents.
Melanie’s true passion is Customer Service and going the extra mile to ensure the customer journey is as smooth as possible, and an experience the customer would be happy to repeat.
