Caitlin has been working with MAP-IQ since its launch in 2020 and heads up the administration of MAP-IQs student support and assessment teams. Caitlin has been working in administration, marketing and IT roles for the past 3 years and has a passion for customer service and education.

Caitlin passionately shares MAP-IQs vision to provide an excellent experience for all practitioners navigating the learning and assessment process towards qualification. Caitlin provides administrative assistance to the application, assessment and quality assurance teams, and contributes to business development and growth.

Caitlin’s true passion is in social media marketing and customer service and always goes that extra mile to ensure the learners´ assessment journey runs as smooth and effective as possible.
